Apparently Urban Outfitters carried them at some point, but I couldn’t find them listed any longer when I did a search at their website.
Kaboodle also has them advertised as being available at Urban Outfitters, but I’m not finding that to be the case.
They are also given a mention in an April 18, 2009, post at Avenue Collection:
