Visit exotic places to read
As a kid I liked to read books for one simple reason – it could get lost in the imaginary world that evokes my mind. Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz took me to the land of witches and wizards in the middle of Oz, Enid Blyton take me to a place where fairies and elves was common to see! Growing up, I wanted to go to places beyond the realm of fantasy. Then I looked for books and novels that I could take for real places, existing – the charm of Old World, captivating the Far East, the Far East and the Mediterranean surreal!
One of my personal favorite novels, which led me to another world and time is the "Memoirs of a Geisha" by Arthur Golden. This fascinating book focuses on Japan, Kyoto, before the Second World War began. From a fishing village poor sophisticated Japanese tea houses, darkness, dark streets of Kyoto cherry blossom beautiful gardens – this book really gave me a full tour of Japan, as it was at that time.
If you want to take a look and exciting destinations, you can compare the romance novels that have foreign players in its history. Take, for example, "A Summer in Italy" by Lucy Gordon, is in the land of "Signore" and signorina "- Rome, in an ethereal set in a luxurious villa. Truly fascinating! Paulo Coelho's books cast a spell on me. In reading "The Alchemist" this talented writer, I was with Santiago through Andalusian plains and deserts of Africa!
