I came across one sample listed at Gilad’s Origami Page:

and in Origami USA 2000 convention book
Folded from a square of Washi paper
Step-by-step diagrams and captions enable paperfolders at all skill levels to create unusual projects with an international flavor. Treasury of 104 projects includes a Buddha, a Celtic helmet, Persian slippers, a Geisha, a Dutchwoman, a Chinese junk, and much more. Delightful selections for origamists in search of new challenges. 1,500 black-and-white illustrations.
PaperCraftCentral.net has a sample of a Geisha Bookmark:
This ornament, Geisha Bookmark, is folded using a total of 3 rectangular pieces of paper. The geisha bookmark is very realistic and it can be a way of decorating your book. Below are the pictures with different views of the Geisha Bookmark ornament.
There are many creations that are just described as ‘Japanese Kimono,’ or something similar. Consequently, it would depend on how liberal you wanted to be in ascribing the term ‘Geisha’ to one of them. As a related example, note this description at eHow on How to Make an Origami Kimono Doll:
Origami kimono dolls are Japanese paper dolls made by folding pieces of origami paper and fastening the individual parts together. Unlike traditional origami paper figures, which employ interlocking folds to hold the parts together, kimono dolls are made by folding the paper and gluing the parts of the doll together. Origami kimono dolls, also known as geisha paper dolls, can be constructed as gifts or as decorations for your home.
Frankly, I don’t know if it is fair to be so liberal, and for that reason alone I have been avoiding directly referencing any.
A blog called Shirley’s Origami Weblog has an example of a Geisha she made:
As a June 26, 2012, edit to this post, here are a few related references — you will find ‘Kimono’ examples here:
